- Town Coordinator: Charles Sang - Makes sure things get done
- Supporting Coordinator: Gil Benghiat
- Web Master: Anil Padyana - Updates the schedule at the beginning of the season, makes tweaks as needed to website. We use weebly. Suggestions and requests to update LexDI website can be sent to [email protected]
- Marketing: Cristina Burwell - Advertises info session via email and facebook and other channels. Also issues press releases for IC night and the tournaments.
- Info session presenter: Rebecca Rapoport - Present to interested parents what DI is all about at the information session.
- Team Formation: Anil Padyana, Charles Sang - Sets up the sign-up google-sheet and works a spreadsheet to create and organize teams. We have a template!
- IC Night: Arvind Venkatesh - Selects challenges for IC (Instant Challenge) night and puts together the materials for the IC kits and advertises the event via email.
- Regionals Lunch: TBD - Picks up pizza, water, and clementines from Costco for lunch on tournament day.
- T-shirts: Cristina Burwell - Designs and orders T-shirts.
- Celebration Dinner: TBD - Create an Evite and orders food that is delivered. Sets up food for consumption.
- Patriots Day Parade: Never done before. Organizes the DI community to march in the parade.
