- Town Coordinator: Gil Benghiat - Makes sure things get done
- Rising Town Coordinator: Charles Sang
- Web Master: Open - Updates the schedule at the beginning of the season, makes tweaks as needed to website. We use weebly.
- Marketing: Cristina Burwell - Advertises info session via email and facebook and other channels. Also issues press releases for IC night and the tournaments.
- Info session presenters: Sanjay Padaki, Colleen Morris - Present to interested parents what DI is all about at the information session..
- Team Formation: Sanjay Padaki - Sets up the sign-up google-sheet and works a spreadsheet to create and organize teams. We have a template!
- IC Night: Colleen Morris - Selects challenges for IC (Instant Challenge) night and puts together the materials for the IC kits and advertises the event via email.
- Regionals Lunch: Mike Wu - Picks up pizza, water, and clementines from Costco for lunch on tournament day.
- T-shirts: Cristina Burwell - Designs and orders T-shirts.
- Celebration Dinner: Shari Spector - Create an Evite and orders food that is delivered. Sets up food for consumption.
- Patriots Day Parade: Never done before. Organizes the DI community to march in the parade.
