It's May, the DI season finale
We celebrate the month of May, the finally of DI 2018-2019 season. The Global Finals will be held in Kansas City, MO on May 22-25.
One Lexington team, Aerodynamite, earned their spot in the Global Finals. The team consists of seven 3rd, 4th and 5th grade kids. They are working very hard and they will present their best in the Global Finals. We wish them good luck. You can go to GoFundMe to support this wonderful team.
For the coming season, we will open registration in June or July time frame.
It seems the new season will start on August 1. The full set of challenges will come out on that day. That means, if you form your team in July, you will have full set of challenges to start as early as August. Here is a brief overview of challenges in new season.
We encourage you to form your own teams. A team is anywhere from 2-7 students. This allows you to agree on a meeting time in advance. Parents can schedule kids' fall activities around the meeting time. If you are registering for a team that is already formed, please email us directly. We will get you registered on a fast track.
